Students of Pearl Weekend School celebrated Turkey’s National Sovereignty and Children’s Day in a fun way.
During cultural learning hour, students had a t-shirt coloring activity hour. They painted the Turkish flag and ’23 Nisan’ (23 April) on a t-shirt each, which they took home. The activity that took place in PIF’s Pearl Center allowed the children to learn the importance of this day in an exciting way.
Students were also given 23 April poems and songs to sing.
