The Pakistan H. E. Syed Ibne Abbas visited the Pearl of the Islands Foundation on the 8th of this month with his wife.

Mr and Mrs Abbas visited the Pearl Center for the first time however, they have been in touch with the Turkish based Foundation for the past few years such as being part of our annual Iftars. Their visit was combined with PIF officials hosting a delicious Turkish lunch, prepared and set out by the Women’s Platform.

Before lunch initiated, the Pakistan H.E. introduced himself to PIF workers and volunteers and vice-versa. Mr. Abbas acknowledged and appreciated the work to promote peace and understanding undertaken by the Turkish group.

A traditional Turkish cup of coffee was made and presented to the H.E. and his wife to experience following a tour around the Foundation.
